Jocelyn Bell Observatory in Toulouse
Our observatory
France’s first 100 % student-run observatory
Designed, built and run by the students of UPS in Space, the Jocelyn Bell Observatory in Toulouse is France’s first 100 % student-run observatory. It stands on the roof of the Maison des Étudiants et des Personnels, on the campus of the University of Toulouse.
It serves three audiences at once : the general public at observing evenings, school groups during the day, and research through its collaborations.
