Sessions open to the public
The observatory’s sessions are published in the association’s calendar, which serves as the reference schedule for both sites. There are never two sets of dates to reconcile.
A session cancelled for weather drops off the calendar on its own. Past sessions that went ahead stay listed, which shows the observatory’s real activity.

Sessions are announced on the association’s calendar. The announcement list sends an email as soon as a date opens, and is used for nothing else.
